EHLStat is operated by TeamLesh, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). We care about your privacy, and this policy explains what personal information we collect when you use ehlstat.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), and any message text you submit through our contact or waitlist forms.
• Information from purchases: items ordered, quantities, order totals, and payment confirmations. Actual payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Information collected automatically:basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This helps us keep the site secure and understand how it's used.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and ship orders you place with us.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, waitlist notifications).
• Respond to questions or requests you send us.
• Improve our products, site, and customer experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run EHLStat. Each has their own privacy practices, and we only pass along the data they need to do their job:

• Supabase — hosting for our database and authentication system.
• Stripe— payment processing. When you check out, you enter card details directly on Stripe's infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, account emails, waitlist notifications).
• Vercel — web hosting and content delivery for ehlstat.com.
• Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, or similar, for order fulfillment.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TeamLesh, LLC, our customers, or others.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for essential site functionality — keeping you signed in, remembering what's in your cart, and preserving preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe required by applicable law.

You can update your name, email, and password directly in your account settings, and you can remove saved addresses from your addresses page.

How long we keep your information

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with our services and comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Children's privacy

EHLStat is designed for use by athletes of all ages, including children, when purchased and supervised by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we've received information from a child without appropriate consent, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top, and significant changes may be communicated by email to account holders.
