Welcome to EHLStat, operated by TeamLesh, LLC. By using ehlstat.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

You can shop as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and order history. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, though changes don't affect orders already confirmed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the address you provide. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier receives the package.

Returns and refunds

Because our tattoos are single-use consumables, all sales are final once the packaging has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — typically a replacement or refund.

Acceptable use

Don't use EHLStat in ways that are illegal, deceptive, or harmful to us or other users — for example, attempting to compromise the site's security, scraping at high volume, or submitting fraudulent orders.

EHLStat and the EHLStat logo are trademarks of TeamLesh, LLC. Product designs are design-patent pending. All site content — text, images, and design — is owned by TeamLesh, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Our products are designed to be waterproof, sweat-resistant, and removable, but results can vary based on skin type, application, activity, and other factors. EHLStat products are cosmetic and not a substitute for official event identification. The site and products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamLesh, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
